About Us

Who are we?

We’re a TGSA Graded 4-star family-run (and we include the family we have chosen) guest house in Beaulieu, Kyalami, Johannesburg, South Africa and we’ve been serving up legendary stays for over 20 years. 

 We're a buzzing 11-suite guest house and conference centre — known for service with heart, rooms with soul, and meals made with actual butter.

Our secret sauce? Think a team of loyal legends who have been with us forever and who provide a whole lotta love for what they do. That’s the kind of commitment and passion you can’t fake. 

Where you'll find us

 In Beaulieu, on the Kyalami side of Midrand — tucked away on a peaceful hectare of a quiet, leafy, residential, equestrian estate. It’s the kind of place where the birds are louder than the traffic, and the trees do more talking than your neighbours. The pace is slow, the vibe is calm and the peace is unsurpassed.

We like to say we live in a little bubble — it feels like a secret retreat, but you’re actually smack bang in the middle of everything, Johannesburg's to the South, Pretoria's to the North, OR Tambo Airport's to the East and Lanseria Airport's to the West. 

So, whether you’re flying in, driving through, or just escaping the city — we’re the perfect in-between place to catch your breath (and maybe your best night’s sleep in a while).

What We Offer

Africa is in our souls — and it shows in each of our 11 delightful Guest Suites decorated with warmth, texture, and a touch of safari soul — no cookie-cutter hotel rooms here. Whether you're flying solo, bringing the fam, or planning a takeover with 40 of your colleagues / friends / bridal party / sports sides, we’ve got the space and style for you all.

No two rooms are the same (because where is the fun in that?), but we have:

# Cosy rooms for solo guests or couples
# Larger suites for families of 4–5
# Capacity for up to 45 guests if you’re booking the whole place (suites turn into dormitories, just like magic)
